The perceived scandal around the UNDP North Korea programme is over and the agency has been cleared of all of the allegations that were raised. If you don’t know the story, the Atlantic has a nice summary.
I think it is really good that this one is over and done with now. However I wish the organization would have been allowed to spend the resources that the gathering of the evidence to prove its innocence required on its actual tasks, for example on achieving the MDGs.
