He looks at the table where the consultations took place. He learns that aside from the very important historic decisions made in Yalta also the basic principles of the UN Security Council were established here (http://www.un.org/en/aboutun/charter/history/dumbarton.shtml).

Rebeca was right, the little Peacekeeper is unharmed. He is firmly standing his ground and the cat goes back to sleeping.
