does this mean ''shortlisted'' ?

Hi everybody.

I applied for some IOM positions, and normally i had no answer.

Only once i received this communication:

“This e-mail message confirms that, as per your request, we have now included you as a candidate for the ******* Officer opportunity (Reference code ******) […….]”.

Being the first time they communicate me this inclusion, I wonder weather this means I have been shortlisted or is simply some kind of receipt.

And if shortlisted, which could be the next step?

Anyone has an idea about it?
