Hi everybody.
Does anyone know abou IOM procedures and possible future?

I am pre selected for a GS7 position, lower than my skils but very close to home, in Europe.

Said that a pre-selection is just the first step, i wonder about the possible scenarios: i mean. GS 7 is very close to P, and IOM is very close to UN.

Now i’m working with my Country’s governmental organization, but far from Europe, and being 57 y.o. I’d like to try to understand either i’d better stay here or i’m in time to look forward.
