UNOPS L-ICA 8

Hello!

I wish to learn more about UNOPS’s L-ICA 8 contract. So I was invited to a test.
Following exhausting research attempts, I found more questions than answers!
So, I would much value any leads/answers:

– There is no mention in the job (TOR) in question about assignment duration. What is the contract duration range in this case?
– What is the estimated/expected salary I , say, Sudan?
-any tips on resources to check for a test for “assistant interagency coordinating officer?”
This has been a very stressful quest and disappointing at such a misrepresentation. I look forward to your insightful feedback.

Hi there,

LICA8 is typically similar to a NO-A. So a professional national position. I don’t currently have the salary scale for Sudan handy but NO-A is a good benchmark.

Did you find the job on the UNOPS website? There should be a duration. It often is one-year renewable but check on the website…

On the other items I don’t really know.

Thank you so much, Sebastian! No, I found job advert on UNHCR‘s url. No mention of duration. Will revisit NOA terms to learn more. At least now I have a reference frame.
