Cocoa pod

The Little Peacekeeper has been travelling further westwards. In the small country he is now there is a bit of cocoa production. You can see him resting on a cocoa pod. He surely deserves the rest after the long journey.

The place where the UN Charter was signed

Before moving on to his next adventure in the field the Little Peacekeeper visits the San Francisco War Memorial Opera House (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Francisco_War_Memorial_Opera_House) where the UN Charta has been drafted and signed. You can see him outside right outside the building.

International Day of Peace

Today the Little Peacekeeper is celebrating the International Day of Peace (http://www.un.org/en/events/peaceday/2010/).

The UN Plaza

You see the Little Peacekeeper at the UN Plaza in San Francisco. The plaza is very close to where the Charta of the United Nations (http://www.un.org/en/documents/charter/) has been signed.

At the birthplace of the UN

Some of you knew where he is. And here it is for all the others: The Little Peacekeeper is in San Francisco, the birth place of the United Nations.

Good morning!

And to the next place

The Little Peacekeeper traveled quite some distance from his last adventure. Here you see him at the next stop. Do you recognize the island in the background?

On the way back

The Little Peacekeeper is having a last delicious coconut before he is returning home. Where do you think he will go next?
