Hello, I was wondering if anyone has had experience doing written substantive tests for P4 or P5 vacancies in political affairs? How should people prepare for these tests? There is no indication on HR website other than to read the vacancy announcement. That doesn’t help.
I think the idea is, that if you have the experience and expertise required in the vacancy and are familiar with the topics of the VA, you should be able to pass the test.
In practice this may be easier said than done. Typically I would expect a case studies with questions / cases that you might encounter during the regular work in that position.
Anybody did these tests before? Anybody care to share? Thanks!
