At today’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Day the Little Peacekeeper finds a card that reads “Life’s most urgent question is: What are you doing for others?”. What do you think? Is this question one of life’s most urgent questions?
During his most recent trip to the UN bookshop the Little Peacekeeper takes a card with the title “Every day the United Nations works to solve global challenges” with him. Back at home he studies the 10 bullets on the back of the card. You can see him read the card on the picture.
Today is the first anniversary of the devastating earthquake in Haiti. The Little Peacekeeper stands in silence to remember the many victims. About a year ago the Little Peacekeeper built a snowman. Some of you may remember that (for all of you who don’t, look here: http://www.rottmair.de/2010/02/17/winter-fun-with-the-little-peacekeeper/ ). This year the Little Peacekeeper is building a much bigger snowman and you can see him doing that on the picture. Can you imagine what he is going to do next year?
There is still a lot of snow around. And the Little Peacekeeper has the ambition to reach the top! On the picture you can see him climb some rocks covered with snow.
Back home the Little Peacekeeper is dealing with the winter. You can see him walking through the snow. Do you have snow where you live, too?
