Standard Pre Selection Test

Dear Telecom Engineer, I have been applying for long and got shortlisted number of times in several categories at various levels. Got even rostered for 3 in addition to 4 pending results still awaited let alone one offer of appointment in UNSMIL which was unfortunately or fortunately withdrawn. I am really no one to give any expert opinion compared to amazing feedback / advice I get & read in this forum from people of wonderful insight & knowledge but from what I have learnt in my limited understanding I can tell that we should revisit our CVs as often as we can. Make it congruous to what is required after serious contemplation that you do match the job description & requirement. Job hunt with the UN is leisure activity. Now a days unluckily necessity of connections with someone inside is very much talked about for an entry into the organization. I do not know but it feels merit is a second thought after external influences from loved ones are exhausted.
