    I would like to ask you about a Functional Assessment. Does anyone has experience with it? Could you explain a bit what is it like? If you have examples, would be great!

    Which organisation would that assessment be for? Functional assessment (as opposed to competency based assessment sounds like technical tests / substantive tests) to me?
