Also, is it necessary to take a proactive approach, such as contacting the different departments to ask if there are vacancies being published soon? Or is this to be discouraged?
I don’t think there is a fixed time frame in cases like this. I would very much take a proactive approach. You got into the pool- that’s great! Now you need to be noticed…
