    Dear all,

    I got rostered for a P3 finance position last November. What could be my chances of getting an offer in the coming months? Is there any information available about how many candidates are in a roster?

    Also, is it necessary to take a proactive approach, such as contacting the different departments to ask if there are vacancies being published soon? Or is this to be discouraged?

    Hi Gloria,

    I don’t think there is a fixed time frame in cases like this. I would very much take a proactive approach. You got into the pool- that’s great! Now you need to be noticed…

    That’s hard to say. I would say emailing + linkedIn notices are typically not a bad choice. If you find the right person…
