Using job email alerts? Watch for the email re-validation message!

This goes out to all of you using the UN Job List email alerts: As the number of subscribers is growing and growing and as my server capacity is – unfortunately – not growing, I will require all users to re-validate their email address and that they still want the email alert.

Its great to see so many people sign-up and I want to encourage you to continue to use the email alert, but I fear that some people who signed up many years ago don’t use their alerts any longer or – even worse – just mark them as spam. I don’t want to send unwanted emails and I don’t want to waste system resources so I will require everyone to periodically confirm they still want their alerts. Sorry if this causes any inconveniences but its the only thing I could come up with to manage this challenge.

For now, there is nothing to do. But watch for a confirmation link in the coming email alerts and if you see it – make sure you confirm you still want the email alert. Thanks for your help!
