Dear sebastien,
Do you have any idea what an INFORMAL INTERVIEW woulf looklike. I am roster at UN and they called me there is no need for assesment but we will have an informal interview. In the roaster at a glance book they say that this kind of interview is less formal than the competancy based interview,do you have any feedback on this?
