There are slary calculators out there. I think UNDP has one on their site. The numbers should be the same.

I did more testing- I discovered that you can search for partial words in duty stations also – I like that. Is that intentional?

Yea, reference often means the job is yours. Depending on the agency this can take a few days/ weeks to get the offer.

I would wait a bit. Congrats on getting this far! It could be that they found a person as first choice and are trying to finalize this recruitment (but want to keep you in case the first person withdraws).
It could also be that they need to get the process internally cleared before they offer the job to you.
